What We're Looking For

• A track record of excellence in your field — whatever that field is
• A clear, specific answer to "what would you do at Agrani?" — the more concrete, the better
• Bias for ownership and comfort operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
• Willingness to work from Bengaluru is a plus, though we'll consider remote for exceptional candidates
